well considering that your average person would not follow the meal plan given by the trainer and would expect to lose weight just from working out i would say 4-6 lbs a month. you don't sound like the average person though if you are going to a trainer 4 times a week. the most important thing to keep in mind when you are trying to lose weight is that your meal plan is paramount. if you follow your meal plan to a tee and don't miss any of your appointments you should be 10-12 lbs a month for an average size to overweight person.

The same as if you worked out on your own 4 days a week....and ate a healthy diet plan. The great thing about a trainer is they can help show you how to do the exercises properly-because some people don't want to do the research themselves.

But 8-12 lbs possibly... there are many people who won't see anything on the scale until week 6 to week 8 but don't be discouraged!! People usually give up right before all the fun stuff starts happening to their body-plus use your clothes as your guide-if your pants are looser you're doing good!!

Unless you're personal trainer is monitoring everything you do/do not put in your mouth, this can not be gauged.

A healthy weight loss is 2lbs a week.

Remember losing weight is 75% diet and 25% exercise.

Depends on the person's current weight and fitness starting point. I'd guess 8-12 lbs a month.
